LP Community Development District
The LP Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on October 21, 2022 by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2022-012. to plan, establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities described and authorized by Section 190.012, Florida Statutes.
The LP CDD is located entirely within Indian River County, Florida, and covers approximately 502.47 acres of land, more or less. The site is generally located south of County Road 510/85th Street, west of 58th Avenue, north of State Road 60 and east of 82nd Avenue. The District is the best alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The LP Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on October 21, 2022 by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2022-012. The District is limited to the performance of those powers and functions as described in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. The District is also authorized to exercise additional powers to finance, fund, plan , establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate and maintain systems and facilities for; parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural, and educational uses as authorized and described in Section 190.012(a), Florida Statutes; and security powers, including, but not limited to walls, fences, and electronic intrusion detection as authorized and described in Section 190.012(d), Florida Statutes.
